Hi. We contacted the builder team of this project after coming across an ad online. There were some things we liked and some which didn’t suit us.
Starting with the positives, the project is RERA and BMRDA approved.
The Wipro Corporate Park and the Electronic City IT Hub aren’t far, which happen to be the offices of me and my husband.
Located in the Sompura Gate, the area will see development in the future, with the metro lined up. A distinct feature I liked was the absence of any common wall, which is a good architectural attribute.
The negative comes down to the Modern Vista possession date, which is June 2027, a bit later than what we are looking for. The price point of 1.5 crore rupees is over our budget, so we are looking for alternatives at present.

My wife and I visited the Modern Vista a couple of weeks ago after viewing a print ad. They are offering 3 BHK homes, which we’ve been considering buying.
The amenities here attracted us a lot. Some of the ones I can remember include a swimming pool, kids pool, yoga area, play courts and whatnot. As far as the Modern Vista price list goes, there are three pricing options.

We found the pricing to be a little over our budget, but we’re yet to find a better project than this. The construction quality is of high class and we consider this as our favourite for now.

Hello, we have been living in Bengaluru for over 5 years now. We decided to settle down in the city and thus started hunting for a 3 BHK for us. The most recent project we visited was Modern Vista. So, let me give you a quick Modern Vista reviews from our experience.
The project is spread across 8 acres of land with close to 400 3 BHK units, ranging from 2116 to 2200 sq. ft. in area, which is spacious, considering the configuration.
The Modern Vista address is very close to Sarjapur Road, and gives the ease to reach E-City, Whitefield, Bellandur and ORR within a decent time.
So, we feel that the overall project is quite good, taking into consideration the location, the features and everything.
