What are the Reviews of Mohan Altura, Gunjur Village, Bengaluru?

I booked a flat in Mohan Altura after reading Mohan Builders review. They have large 2 and 3 BHK apartments in Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Kadubeesanahalli. I booked a flat for the Whitefield location. And I must say that all their apartments are near the major tech parks, shopping centres, and educational institutions. 

When I booked a 2 BHK the Mohan Altura Heights price was approximately 1.1Cr. 

I will tell you what I feel are the best features of the project;

• It has segmented workstations.

• There is a creche/daycare facility.

• Presence of ample covered car parking space.

• There is a beautiful amphitheatre.

• It is also very close to the clubhouse in Gunjur.

As far as I know, the Mohan Altura construction status is close to handover.

I have been thinking of buying a 3 BHK here. The promised Mohan Altura possession date was 30th January 2024. So, yes, the project is close to handover. The construction quality is excellent. I have also heard that there is a proposed stadium in Gunjur village, which is close to Varthur.

However, there is one concern regarding the Mohan Altura location. This project is close to a sketchy bar right next to the apartment complex. When we visited this project, my daughter and wife immediately refused to book a flat here. I think women and children would consider the presence of that stag bar a safety risk, given that the area is quite secluded. 

Otherwise, it’s a great project, with all amenities at a great price.

Mohan Altura offers spacious 2BHK & 3BHK flats in Gunjur Village, Bangalore. I visited this project as the builder was claiming it as the fastest-selling project in East Bangalore. This is still under construction and the unit configuration is as follows;

Mohan Altura consists of 2 blocks and 160+ premium apartments. The project is also RERA registered and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/220210/004691. I am overall happy with the built-up quality and would like to invest here.

Mohan Altura is getting constructed by the renowned Mohan builders. It is closely connected to all major Tech Parks, Shopping Malls & Educational Institutions around Whitefield, Sarjapur & Kadubeesanahalli. It is located in a strategic location of Gunjur Village, Bengaluru. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;

• This project is close to several tech parks;

1. Sigma Technology Park - 5.3 Km

2. Wipro SEZ - 5.6 Km

3. Prestige Tech Park - 5.6 Km

4. Embassy Tech Village - 6.0 Km

5. Eco Space/Eco World - 6.8 Km

6. Wipro Technologies - 7.0 Km

7. ITPL - 10.0 Km

• Manipal and Sakra hospital is only 5.5 Km and 6.7 Km respectively.

• The nearest transportation hub is the Electronic City Railway Station, which is 5.3 kilometres away.

It is because of these advantages that this project by the Mohan group will have a good return on investment.

I have booked an apartment in the Mohan Altura project. I am impressed with the project and its 140+ lifestyle amenities. 

In this Mohan Altura review, I’d like to highlight a few amenities which I really liked;

• Segmented Workstations

• The Creche / Day-Care Facility

• Children's Play Area

• Open Badminton Court

• Sewage Treatment

• Skating Rink

• Well Equipped Gym

• The Amphitheatre

• Jogging Track

• Swimming Pool

• Ample Covered Car Parking

However, there is one thing that I didn’t like about this project. I felt that the parking area space is a little less. However, apart from this, I am happy and really excited to get possession of the flat asap.
