I am a teacher at Mount Litera School. It’s been 2 years since I’ve been working here. I travelled via bus from my place to the school. It was taking me around 1 hour to reach the school due to the traffic. I came across this property. My school is also just 500m from here. I was planning to apply for a home loan and start the process of buying a flat here. What do you suggest? Should I wait for more Nabard house reviews or I should get started, given that banks will also do the due diligence of the property anyway? What are your thoughts?

I have run a marketing agency in Bandra East for almost 3 years. In a meeting, one of my clients told me about this property. He said Nabard House is a building in the western suburbs of Mumbai that is accessible on a modest budget. He said it provides flats with the perfect balance of contemporary technology and pleasant living space. He also told me about the features including parking, a walking path, a 24-hour water supply, electricity backup, and surveillance cameras. I am going to take a tour soon. As we all know, Bandra is a well-known place for houses of Bollywood celebrities. I consulted one of my friends, and she advised me to take a look at this property. It is a well-known property that offers spacious apartments at very reasonable rates. Nabard House is a beautifully constructed Mumbai project that is located in a very well neighbourhood of Bandra East. From what I know, Nabard House project has not received a completion certificate. The project's occupancy certificate has yet not been given. So just a word of caution, check everything diligently before you make an investment and get some more Nabard House reviews.
