I would like to share my Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 review with you. I was looking to buy a resale property in Bengaluru and went to see a  2 BHK flat here for the same purpose. I initially decided to go there because of the Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 location, which is in Puttenahalli, Yelahanka. 

My office is quite close to the project and I have been around the area, so my preference was set. The society is built over a huge 6 acres of land with 12 towers of 2 and 3 BHK flats.

I was looking for quick possession of the flat and as this was a resale property, I had no issues with the Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 Possession date. I made the deal for the flat and quite like the living experience thus far.

I first got to know about this project when a friend told me about the Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 Unit Configuration. I wanted a 3 BHK in and around Yelahanka and this society seemed the best opportunity. I looked for flats in several societies but the condition of the flats here was the best for me. 

The connectivity is another aspect which made me take a flat here. Yelahanka Junction Railway Station is close by and the international airport is only 19 km away.

There is granite flooring, and vitrified tiles in the living, dining and bedrooms. The ceramic tiles in the toilets and good quality plumbing impressed me further. I recommend you check out the property.

I bought a 3 BHK flat in Nagarjuna Meadows Phase 2 in 2014 and can share my experience thus far. The locality is pretty nice, with Ananthapura Gate bus stop 800 metres away, INOX Garuda 3 km and Nice Mart 2 km away.

The building quality is still pretty solid with the RCC framed structure. There is an aerobics room, a tennis court, and a jogging track and the flats are Vastu compliant. I have a positive outlook on my society and if you are still making up your mind, you must give this project a try at least.
