In the process of scouting for properties in Bangalore, I happened to hit upon plenty of Nakshatra Villas reviews. The reviews summed up the project nicely. Thus I headed out to see for myself as to what makes this project special.
The area was one that I had been to before, so I decided to make sure that I thoroughly scan the area. While doing so, this was my understanding. There were four train stations all accessible within 30 minutes. Kundalahalli was the nearest bus stop and it was 2km away. The Kadubeesanahalli Bus Stop was 5.1 km away. Jeevika Hospital was 10 minutes away. Sri Krishna Sevashrama was 13 minutes away.

You can surely consider having a look to see if this property suits you. I have heard that this area has a good influx of tenants.

My uncle has shared a few things about Nakshatra Villas Bangalore. He said the project is some 10 years old and so of course, if you buy a flat here, you can move in right away. The project actually offers good returns on investment. He said that there is rapid infrastructure development which will further the property prices and this could definitely be a good investment opportunity.

The Nakshatra Villas project area is 3 Acres. The project has 47 units in total.
There are only the 4BHK flats available for sale. As far as I know, the property price is somewhere between Rs. 1.35 crore to Rs. 2.47 crore. You should go and see if the project is worth this much investment. I personally am looking for more and better options.
