What are the reviews of Nambiar Millenia, Muthanallur, Bangalore?

Hi. I have booked a flat in this project and I’d like to add my review to the several other Nambiar Millenia reviews to help you with the features of this place. It is an under-construction project in Muthanallur, with 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK homes. The Heelalige train station is roughly 6 km from here, so that is a plus. However, bus stops are a bit far away. In terms of healthcare, there\'s The Oxford Hospital which is close by with other medical facilities, too. Overall, the Nambiar Millenia address is okay.



But yes, the design and amenities are a good addition to the project, which had us interested. The sales team and other staff are quite helpful, which made the home buying easy. So, you can consider the flats here.

The flats here have a decent space, with the 3 BHK having a carpet area of 929 sq. ft. I checked out the flat with my family and we did like it a lot. You have several useful amenities in the project, including visitor’s parking, spa, badminton, tennis and basketball courts, etc. The flats are also Vastu compliant, which was on our priority list. As far as the legal clearances are concerned, the project is registered under RERA with the Nambiar Millenia RERA number, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/220202/004665. We are still considering our decision to buy the flat for now.

I was in the market looking for a 2BHK flat and came across Nambiar Millenia. I saw that the society has various configurations i.e. 1.5BHK ,2BHK ,2.5BHK. The project is spread over 3 acres with a total of 432 apartments. The starting price for the 1 BHK unit is ₹47.37 Lakhs. The carpet area of 2 BHK starts from 518 sqft to 612 sq ft. whereas the carpet area of 2.5BHK is 655 sq ft.The project has received approval from authorities including RERA. I am confident in the construction quality of  Nambiar Builders Pvt. Ltd. The project is currency under construction and the possession date has been set as  Nov-2026.

Nambiar Millenia address is RPRJ+625, Muthanallur, Bommasandra, Karnataka 560099.If you buy a house here, you will get easy access to educational institutions (EISB-Ebenezer International, DPS East, and Mahatma Vidyalaya), healthcare facilities (Global Speciality Hospital and The Oxford Hospital ), shopping venues (DMart and Grand Mart Hypermarket). One of the biggest upsides of booking a flat in  Nambiar Millenia  is the location. Chikka Thimmasandra and Ali Bommasandra bus stands are 2 km away and IT hubs such as Wipro, ITPL, and CISCO are within the 20 km radius of the project. Thanks for reading my Nambiar Millenia review.

I was looking for information about Nambiar Millenia and came across the floor plan and list of amenities. Nambiar Builders are constructing the project with elegant architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens. It will also have a clubhouse,gym, multipurpose hall, yoga and dance studio, skating rink, library and spaces for indoor games. There will be badminton lawn, netted cricket pitch, exercise zone and jogging track, party lawn, turf court, and the trampoline. For kids, a special  play area and pool has been built.
