What are the reviews of Nitesh Central Park Kattigenahalli Bangalore?

My nephew had taken a look at Nitesh Central Park earlier. But he could not go again to visit the project to gather some vital information which was about Nitesh Central Park unit configurations.

I learnt that there were 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats on offer.  The flats ranged between 1.1 to 1.5 crore. I told these details to Mukesh later. He said he had a 2 crore budget and he wanted to lock the 3 BHK flat for himself. I warned him of the builder being in legal trouble due to default on a bank loan. This might hamper the resale value of his property. He said he would take a deeper look into the matter now before investing here.

 I wanted to invest in Nitesh Central Park as I had looked at other projects of Nitesh Estates like Nitesh Estates Sloane Square in Vasanthnagar and Nitesh Estates Knightsbridge in Sadashivnagar.

I wanted to find out Nitish Central Park’s possession date. The Sales Team said the project was executed in December 2013. He saw the project amenities. I was happy with all measures in place such as STP and Rainwater Harvesting.

The power backup facility was present as well. Nikesh liked playing Indoor games and I would surely enjoy the Indoor game zone here. I found the amenities to be well-maintained. Taking this into consideration,  I decided to invest in the project.

My brother-in-law was looking for properties on Bellary Road a few years ago. I accompanied him on the mission and I can share our Nitesh Central Park reviews based on the visit. Firstly, Nitesh Central Park location is Bagalur Main Rd, Vinayak Nagar, Kattigenahalli.  We scanned the area around to find that the nearest Bus Stop was Bagalur Cross. The best part is that the airport is just 20 minutes away.

Since the government has invested in the development of the area, Kattigenahalli has tremendously changed now. I would say it would be a good investment here if the property suits your needs.
