What are the Reviews of Nyati Elan Wagholi, Pune?

I don't agree with the Nyati Elan Wagholi review given by

above. Nyati Elan, a housing society in Wagholi, is well-maintained, excellent, and offers round-the-clock security. Numerous amenities, including a swimming pool, playground for kids, gym, and covered parking, are part of this well-kept and organised community. I think Nyati did an excellent job with the construction. The Sales Team group that I met are really talented, extremely easy to talk to, and very kind, honest, and reliable guys. I am really grateful and give them my full rating. I finally booked a 1 BHK flat here.

I requested my best friend Nyati Elan Wagholi address about six months ago as he stays nearby. I intended to visit this project in order to view their floor plan. A brazen and unconcerned receptionist was the one I dealt with. The sales staff have no idea what or how to say. Regarding the apartment, it is a daylight robbery, with few apartments and possession in late 2024. I left this project since I needed a place to live by the end of this year. I went to the following nearby projects:

• Mainland Valencia

  and 

• Rohan Abhilasha

Compared to the Nyati Elan Wagholi price, these projects offer a spacious flat at a reasonable rate. Furthermore, there are several retail malls and hospitals nearby. I have finally booked an apartment in Mainland Valenica as they gave me my flat immediately.

I recently went to this project. It has a multistory apartment residential building. I bought a 900 square foot, two-bedroom flat in this project. The Nyati Elan Wagholi 2 BHK price is Rs 66 lakhs. Let me highlight a few important points of this project. 

• Its buildings are skillfully planned and built. 

• A well-planned community is being created here. 

• It is outside the corporation limits, in the Pune suburbs. 

• The Nyati Elan Wagholi location is somewhat remote from the city, and the only public transit options are Ola and Uber. Moreover, this project provides travel assistance and vehicle rental services. 

• Additionally, visitors can benefit from the on-site restaurant, which serves a variety of delicious meals. 

I will give a 3 out of 5 in my Nyati Elan Wagholi Review.
