What are the reviews of Nyati Elysia, Kharadi,Pune ?

Nyati Elysia is located in Kharadi, Pune. It is a residential project and I came across this project while searching for a residential society in the Kharadi area. I really like the

Nyati Elysia Kharadi price as it perfectly suited my budget.

I have visited this project so I can tell you that the project offers apartments with the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living.

And I feel that the best thing about it is that it has 22 per cent of open space. This project has 10 high-rise towers. Let me tell you the pricing of different configurations here.

The

Nyati Elysia possession date is different for its 5 different phases. I have booked a flat in phase 1 of Niyati Elysia and I must tell you that it is a high

standard project with enough space for a hall, kitchen and bedrooms. You can visit the project and see for yourself that the amenities are good and are ready but I don't think it is enough for all phases if everyone from society starts utilising these amenities. I also feel some flats are not made by considering Vastu. 

However, I really love the locality in which this project is situated which is Kharadi. Kharadi is very well connected with Pune city and is one of the most liked localities by corporate professionals because there are many IT offices in this area.

I checked out the Nyati Elysia floor plan and was quite interested in this project. However, I witnessed several Nyati Elysia issues on my visit there like-

• They are delaying the possession date every year

• No amenities other than a swimming pool, gym and small park

• Scarcity of open space inside the campus

• Security guards at the entry gate are rude

• No proper rainwater drainage system

• No parking area

• Lack of proper security

• Compact apartments (seemed very suffocating to me) and more

The only positive aspect is the Nyati Elysia Kharadi location. I will rate this project 1.7/ 5. 

 I will talk about 2 & 3 RHK and the floorplan in the Nyati Elysia Kharadi review. All the apartments get plenty of natural light and ventilation. The flats are available in 2 different  configurations and multiple  varied layouts (or floor plans). The 2BHKs have varied layouts of  709sq. Ft, 745sq. Ft, 788sq. ft. 790sq. ft, 795 sq. ft , 800sq. ft, and 810 sq. ft. carpet area. On the other hand, 3BHKs have varied layouts of 1150sq. Ft , 1155 sq. ft, 1160 sq. ft, 1119 sq. ft, and 1180 sq. ft. carpet area. I want to add in my Nyati Elysia reviews, all these different layouts have 2 or more balconies. The price for the apartments has been showcased at  ₹70 Lacs - ₹94 Lacs.

Hey, one of the most important pieces to consider while looking for a home is the location.I will talk about location : Nyati Elysia Kharadi review. Situated in the business hub of Pune i.e. Kharadi, this residential project wins all points for connectivity and neighboring infrastructure Nyati Elysia is close to Riccoride Cab Service, Bus Station Columbia Hospital, Bus Station Columbia Hospital, Metro Rail station in terms of public transport. 

The Orbis School, Amanora School, Pawar Public School,The Bishop’s School, Serra International Pre-school, Wadia College, St. Mira’s College, St. Arnold’s College are few of the educational institutions around.In terms of healthcare, Columbia Asia Hospital, Noble Hospital , Rakshak Hospital are the closest. IT parks and workspaces like World Trade Center, Zensar IT Park,Magarpatta IT Park, EON IT Park fall under 6 km of the project. There are super markets , malls in the immediate vicinity. Most importantly, Pune International airport is a short 30 minutes drive away.
