What are the reviews of Nyati Era Dhanori, Pune?

If you ask me, I would say that the Nyati group never disappoints. I invested in a flat in Nyati Era last year because I thought the Nyati Era price was completely suitable to my budget. Nyati Era construction status is under-construction but the project still looks very good. I am sure they have been selling their flats quickly. I would also like to mention that since the Nyati Era location is very good, it is very safe for couples and families to invest. The sales team is also cooperative and quite transparent in their actions. I had a good experience investing in Nyati Era.

Nyati Era possession date is June 2025. My sister booked a flat here and has had some or the other issue every day. I would suggest you to do the following checks before you book a  flat here.

1. The construction quality of both the inner and outer walls. There is water leakage and seepage on the inner walls.

2. The issue of basement parking. There is too much inflow of water in the basement and there is no way through which the water can get out of the basement. 

3. There is a slab-wise payment schedule. But every 15 days they make a new slab for payment.

4. The sales team is really unresponsive and takes no issue with the customers seriously.

5. The connectivity from the project is really bad too.

The Nyati group is very renowned but the area of Dhanori is not that great.

I would not suggest you invest here.

Since I am sharing the Nyati Era review, let me share with you why you should invest in this project. I was hovering through the Nyati group website when I realised that the project has many location benefits. There are many industrial hubs such as Koregaon park, Kalyani Nagar, and Magarpatta City. Other than this, schools, colleges, healthcare centres, shopping malls are easily commutable within 5 minutes to half an hour. There are also some modern amenities the project is providing. The project is RERA approved so you can safely check out a project and think of purchasing a property here. 

My father works in Koregaon Park so he wanted to invest in a property. He connected with an agent and he asked us to check out the Nyati Era project located in Dhanori. We went on a site visit and I was impressed with what this project had to offer. Inside the project, there are different types of amenities such as football, an outdoor gym, a cricket pitch, a community hall, a walking track, indoor badminton court. I am a fan of football and where I live now there is no football ground. So, I was very excited to see that this project is promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle. I have to wait and convince my father to invest in this project! 😛
