What are the Reviews of Nyla by Team4 Life Spaces, Miyapur, Hyderabad?

My brother stays near this project and recently shared a Team4 Nyla review with me as I was looking for investment opportunities. After going through his review, I visited the property to know if it would be worth it or not. The first thing that I asked was the Team4 Nyla possession date, which is October 2027. The salesperson took me on a tour of the project after that and I also learned about their amenities. Some of the things that stood out to me were the presence of a spa, rainwater harvesting and a library. I also asked about the Team4 Nylar RERA number, which is P02400003672. Following this, I invested in a 3 BHK flat here.

I was looking for an apartment under Rs. 1.5 Cr, and while doing some research about such apartments, I came across this project. I called their helpline number and asked about the Team4 Nyla unit configuration and price. The executive on the other end told me about a few details that I have shared in the table below.

After this, he told me that the starting price of these flats is around Rs. 1.19 Crore. Since the price seemed to be within my budget, I have decided on visiting the location before purchasing an apartment.

After being impressed with the Nyla by team4 Life Spaces reviews, as discussed by my friends, I finally visited it in January 2024. For a long time, we had been planning to buy a 2 or 2.5 BHK and found that this project has both of these apartments available. What I liked about this project is the fact that it is situated amid the tranquility of green. Other than this, this project has several other positive aspects to attract customers like:

• It has an extraordinary 45,000 sq ft ultra-modern clubhouse

• This project has different unit types: 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and even 3 BHK

• The project is huge. It is spread across 6.30 acres of land and has just 3 towers with 945 units. You will enjoy great ventilation in your apartment

• The Nyla by Team4 Life Space location is also great. It is near Sri Chaitanya Girls Jr college, Bachupally, Miyapur, just 8 minutes from Miyapur Metro Station

• All the apartments are Vastu-compliant so you will always have positive energy in your house

The Nyla by Team4 Life Space 2 BHK price starts from Rs 99.19 lakhs onwards. I am not very sure about the prices of the other types of apartments. However, I know that the Nyla by Team4 Life Space 3 BHK price is within Rs 1.55 crore.

One of them carefully and thoroughly described the project to us, and he is always available whenever we require help. We have decided on a 2 BHK at NYLA with his advice and assistance. For further help, I would especially like to acknowledge the CRM head. This project features a well-constructed building and offers rooms with plenty of space, along with a top-notch garden layout.
