What are the reviews of Olympia Grande Pallavaram Chennai?

While checking properties in Bangalore, my colleague told me about Innovative Timberleaf reviews. He told me that Innovative Timberleaf location is in HSR Layout, Sector 2, Somasandrapalya. This project also offered great connectivity to other areas such as Bommanahalli and Silk Board as well.HSR is a popular locality and has great property appreciation trends. 

Our office is in BTM Layout and he could easily commute. Not only this, the property itself is well built and well ventilated. This seemed like a logical investment to me, I am glad he did his research and then finally paid the token amount. 

I also invested in Olympia Grande. Although I live abroad, my tenants have so far never complained about anything. When I bought the property here, Olympia Grande unit configurations were 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats. I bought a 3BHK flat. I was told back then that the starting price of the flats here is Rs 40 Lakh 

I got a good deal and my agent helped me throughout the buying process. I am happy with the rental value this flat has and the fact that I don’t get any complaints on behalf of the society or the tenants. 

I went with my grandfather to see what was Olympia Grande all about. My Grandfather wanted to know about the legal status of the project. 

The sales team further explained that there was an old case which has been over in the court. The Litigant claimed the RERA Registration had not been obtained but later it was said that some service apartments were already built before Rera came into the picture so this project would not fall under the ambit of Rera.

My Grandfather was satisfied with the explanation and saw the project amenities. He liked the fact that the project had a jogging track which would help him keep fit. There was an ATM inside the premises which made it easier for him. But he decided to take some more time before committing to buying a flat here.

My uncle lives and he has great Olympia Grande reviews. Firstly, I should tell you that he keeps bragging about the Olympia Grande location which is at Great Southern Trunk Road near Sunnambu Colony at Pallavaram. There are two Metro Stations. One among them finishes at Chennai Airport.

For him, the availability of good infrastructure is a huge plus point and rightly so as that is what helps in property price appreciation. There are good hospitals, connectivity routes and supermarkets for residents’ convenience. 

I have visited him and I really like his 2BHK flat. It's spacious and well-ventilated. I really like the interiors of his house, not sure if he got them done by himself or not though. 

From my limited experience and my uncle’s words, I think you can actually consider investing here.
