One day, me and my husband were returning from the office. On our way back home, we saw a banner advertising this property. So we visited this property office one day. It had nicely constructed residential apartments. Om Shiv Darshan Apartment is made up of just one building overall. Om Shiv Darshan Apartment was offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments. According to the area layout we have seen, apartments were 1100 square feet in size. They were offering 2 BHK at around Rs.47 Lakhs. And that was a pretty good option for us to invest and so we decided to proceed and we are midway through financial approvals. I work as a manager at Sunil Hotel and I have decent affection for this place. I needed to catch a bus and then get to the hotel every day. It was taking too much time to reach there and sometimes I even got scolded for it. I decided to shift nearby and came across a flat here. Om Shiv Darshan apartment is just 200 m from my work. I can even reach there by walking and in very less time as compared to the previous one. I am exploring more rental options but this one is definitely on my list. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me know more about the cons (if any). As of now, things look decent. And if I need to change my job, I have the following restaurants nearby this property.

My father works as a manager in SBI bank and he always looks for a chance to invest in the real estate market. He came to me and showed me this property. He said Om Shiv Darshan Apartment is a precisely built complex of Navi Mumbai, located in a prominent area of CBD Belapur. But he further said that the commencement certificate and the occupancy certificate for the Om Shiv Darshan Apartment still haven't been issued. I wasn’t quite sure if he should invest in such property at this point. So I told him to wait it out. Please check if the property has got these certificates yet or not. I would also advise you to ask for Om Shiv Darshan apartment reviews from other occupants to have better clarity.
