What are the Reviews of Omega Paradise, Wakad, Pune?

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Omega Paradise last year, as I work in Hinjewadi IT Park, which was closest to this project. Since then, my family and I have faced zero issues. Apart from the location benefits, you will get a decorative entrance lobby with a name board & letter box, premium quality fittings for the main door, a water purifier in the kitchen, ample light points, and so on. I would also like to include their top-notch amenities. Some of them are:

• Card Play Room

• Video Door Security

• STP Facility to manage wastewater and seepage.

• 24/7 Security 

• Community Hall

• Party Area

• Gated Community

This project is worth investing in because Omega Promoters, who are the developers, bring creative top-grade familial and commercial projects partnered with the Sonigara Group. As a resident here, I will rate them 5 out of 5 under my Omega Paradise reviews.

I was looking for an apartment that was instantly ready for occupation in Wakad Pune. On enquiring with a real-estate agent, he gave me the Omega Paradise address which is no.174/175, Wakad-Thergaon road, opposite to the Shree nursery, Wakad, Pune. When I visited there, its locational connectivity impressed me. I found it is one reason for increasing its values along with growing rental demand.

I overall liked the Omega Paradise location, amenities and hence, I booked a 2BHK at 90 lakhs.

I moved into a 2BHK flat here last month. Being a new resident in this society, I was curious about exploring the project and I also read other Omega Paradise reviews. This residential property has a lovely ambience. The location is perfect. I will share some information I came to know.

• It is spread over 1 acre of land.

• The Omega Paradise unit configuration is 1 and 2 BHK, starting at 570.17 sq ft carpet area.

• Apart from this, I loved that this project offers modular kitchen, anti-skid vitrified flooring tiles, pleasing shade of emulsion paint, SS glass railing, inverter backup for each flat, three track powder coated aluminium windows and so on.

Overall, I will rate them 4 out 5.
