Hey,

My father is a railway employee and has frequent visits to Chinchwad Junction. So, when we decided to buy a new home, our priority was to look for a well-gated community near the Chinchwad Junction. I read a Palm Springs review on social media which said that the property was just 15 minutes away from there. So, my father and I went to visit the property. We liked the location and amenities but the apartments were quite small for us. The area for a 1 BHK apartment was between

354.35 sq. ft. to 411.18 sq. ft. and that for a 2 BHK apartment was between 433.25 sq. ft. to 532.81 sq. ft. I feel this is very small even for a nuclear family.

If you are looking for a small cosy apartment, you can surely invest in Palm Springs. If not, then I would not suggest this property to you.

Hi,

I became interested in Palm Springs because I read a Palm Springs review that unlined the amazing amenities it has in its bucket. They have planned a box cricket pitch, half basketball court, open as well as well equipped indoor gym, yoga deck, and whatnot. Apart from the basic amenities which many gated communities provide, I found these amenities very unique. Since my son is a fitness enthusiast and I wanted to buy this property for my son, I found Palm Springs to be perfect. I will surely invest here.

My cousin resides in Wakad, Pune and it is always great around here. That is why I decided to invest in Palm Springs. I visited the property site too and I could analyse that this property has markets, malls, schools, and banks close by. The nearest grocery store is 2 minutes away on foot. I also read a Palm Springs review that said that the neighbourhood around the property has well-lit and maintained street lights, so it is safe at night too.

But I also noticed during my visit that because of the significant issue of traffic congestion in this area, noise pollution is high here. The police don't patrol the area well and there isn't any metro link from the property.

I am going to wait a few more months and see the development around Palm Springs and then I will make an investment decision.

Hi,

I work in the Golden Care Hospital as an eye specialist and I was looking for a place close to my workplace. That is when I came across the Palm Springs review which said that the property was quite close to my workplace. So, I decided to visit the property site after my office hours, in the late evening. I saw that there are always buses and taxis available here, day or night. The majority of everyday necessities, including groceries, are accessible by foot.

But what I did not like about the locality of Palm Springs is that the street is made narrower by the street vendors setting up shop there, which leads to traffic problems. There isn't enough parking in the area in Palm Springs too. But I do not own any vehicle and my workplace is nearby too. So, I will be investing in Palm Springs soon.
