 My husband and I booked a 2 BHK flat in Sai Sun City this Sunday. I would like to pen down a review to help you make the right call. We liked the location, which helped us make up our minds easily. My husband’s office is located at a distance of just 10 minutes from the project, while mine takes 20 minutes. The Taloja and Pendhar metro stations are close by along with the Ajanta International School, where our daughter is studying. The property is going to add a central plaza, musical fountains, statues and many more amenities that are an added bonus. Hello. We have been living in Pune for the last 5 years. We have been planning to move to Mumbai and settle there. Thus, we started searching for a 2 BHK, ideally in Navi Mumbai. Last week, we made a visit to Sai Sun City in Upper Kharghar, which suited our needs. The project is a spacious one with 1 and 2 BHK homes. The Sai Sun City 2 BHK price goes up to 66 lakh rupees with a carpet area of 717 sq ft. There is another option in the 2 BHK category, which has a carpet area of 663 sq ft. The price point is ideal for us, and we haven’t come across a project which offers amenities, as we saw here. You can find a swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track and several other attractions on the list. The Paradise Sai Suncity possession date is quoted as December 2026 by the builder, and we are looking to lock the deal by next month.
