What are the reviews of Paradise Sai World City, Panvel, Navi Mumbai?

I have booked an apartment in this project. The Sai World City construction update is that the project is a ready-to-move one. However, the Sai World City Panvel possession was delayed as the project was not receiving OC. Nevertheless, my apartment was handed over to me by December 2022. It is a Maha RERA-registered project, and the RERA ID for Phase 1 is P52000006318, and for Phase 2: P52000022708. 

My aunt stays in the Sai World City apartment. I have visited her so many times. However, I was recently planning to book an apartment in this project. Nevertheless, I was a bit unsatisfied with this Sai World City Panvel location. Panvel might be one of the most important localities in Mumbai, however, I discovered a few locational disadvantages which prevented me from buying an apartment in this project. Because of the diminishing dam level, Panvel has had instances of inconsistent water supply. There are potholes on a road leading from Panvel to the industrial district of Rasayani, which hinders traffic flow to Panvel. Also, When it rains, the area struggles with waterlogging problems.

With an affordable budget Sai City World provides excellent amenities, communities to its residents.
