I visited this project. However, I am not at all satisfied with the location. Hence, in this Pari Tower review, I would like to highlight the locational disadvantages for any future potential buyers;
Waterlogging following significant rain is a recurring problem in this area.
Narhe's green cover has suffered due to rapid urbanisation.
Due to a few accident occurrences, residents are calling for a ban on large trucks on interior routes.
Numerous accidents on the Katraj-Dehu Road require drivers to use Narhe's internal routes, which causes an increase in traffic.
Locals are inconvenienced by parking on the incorrect side of the Katraj-Dehu Road bypass.
Hence, I am a bit sceptical about investing in this location.
