What are the reviews of Park Astra, Hinjewadi, Pune?

My friends shared with me several Park Astra reviews so I have detailed information about this project. Here are some of the important aspects you should know:

location is in Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad. I know that the Ring Road will be just 500m from this site and the metro station will also be around 400m. All IT offices are also nearby and within walking distance.

online like litigation and a naala issue. I was very worried as I had already made the agreement. So I reached out to the salesperson and he explained both issues. He told me the litigation we are seeing is for Rs. 18 lacs. They gave in writing that they would take care of it and the same has been mentioned in the agreement as well. 

And the Naala was closed long back. I personally went to the site and saw that it was completely dry Naala and it's not functional for a long time.

But, I would say, go by yourself and check. Only after you are satisfied, then buy the property !!!
