What are the reviews of Passcode Big Deal Goregaon West, Mumbai?

We live within 1 km of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Nagar, so we are aware of the Passcode Big Deal price, location, status, and everything else. Our neighbours talk about this project a lot, so let me share whatever I know about it:

• The Passcode Big Deal construction status must be mid-stage in construction and is expected to be completed by December 2025

• You will get only 1 and 2 BHK apartments here from Rs 95 lakhs onwards

• The Passcode Big Deal location is good. It is just Near DMart and Hub Mall, Mrinal Tai Gore Flyover and can be accessed easily from any place

• Some of the extraordinary amenities you can enjoy here are: a green lawn, a digital fitness workout zone, a box office, a senior citizen area, a squash court, and more

After knowing about the Passcode Big Deal completion date, I planned to book an apartment here and went on a visit. There were certain things I did not like about this project, and they are:

• The project is located amid an industrial area so it is going to be tough to live as a resident here

• The price of the apartments here is way too high compared to other apartments located in this very area

• The roads connecting this project are not well-maintained, so that is worrisome

I have put my decision to have an apartment here on hold. I will pay a visit again in December, and I believe they will look after these matters until then. The Passcode Big Deal possession date is set for 2025, so I believe by the next year we will know everything about this project.

The project is RERA approved so you can place your bets on this one since the project is safe to buy. I checked the official website of Passcode Big Deal and I saw the amenities they are providing. Inside the project, there are top-class amenities such as a swimming pool, Senior citizens zone, kids play area, lounge, jogging track, banquet, and gym. So, this project is definitely worth a visit if you want to purchase a property in Goregaon West.

So, I was looking for a property in Goregaon West and that’s when an agent suggested that I check out the flats at Passcode Big Deal. My family and I want to shift to a new house soon and we really liked the Properties are Passcode Big Deal. Perfect for 1 child and parents! There are institutions, schools, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby so you do not need to travel a distance and face the traffic!
