Pavani Residency was completed in February 2013. He liked the amenities and planned to buy a flat here.
While doing a property search for a very long time, I finally found a few Pavani Residency reviews online. Since most of the reviews were positive, I decided to go and check the project out. Pavani Residency location is 1st Main Rd, RWF West Colony, Yelahanka New Town Bengaluru. I really liked the location, and the locational advantages are as follows,
Ananthapura Gate and 5TH Phase Yelahanka New Town were the nearest bus stops for this project.
Yelahanka Junction and Rail Wheel Factory Sliding are the nearest train stations from Pavani Residency.
Railway Hospital is a short distance away.
Royalmart and More Yelahanka are easily accessible from this project.
I liked the overall connectivity which was very sound. Essentials could be bought without fuss. I would surely invest in a project like this due to these reasons.
