What are the Reviews of Pivotal Devaan Gurugram NCR Delhi?

My friend Praveen went to check out the Pivotal Devaan project and even planned to invest here but learned that it has some legal issues surrounding it. 

A temporary connection of 100kW has been provided for hundreds of families. There is no regular electricity connection available in this project and no one knows when this issue will be resolved. 

This was the reason why he dropped his plan of investing here and decided to check another project in its vicinity,

It has 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments starting from Rs 75 lakhs and has no legal disputes surrounding it so you better check this out.

My colleague, shifting to Gurgaon for work, was looking to buy a property there. He said that his brother who is into real estate suggested he check out the Pivotal Devaan.

During his visit, he learned that all the apartments are Vastu-compliant. Being a Vastu believer, he was happy with this fact. He also found that the project has an ample number of amenities like:

• Rainwater harvesting facility

• 24*7 internet service

• ATM in its complex

• Gym

• Swimming pool and others

The Pivotal Devaan possession date was 2019 so you will find ready to move in apartments and shift here any time. 

However, there is one problem. The Pivotal Devaan RERA number has lapsed. I heard from a resident there that the Commission for Air Quality Management has issued a notice to the developers for failing to get an electricity connection from DISCOM. They are using diesel gensets for power supply. The developers are yet to submit all the relevant documents as asked for. He will be waiting a couple of months more but if this problem does not get resolved, he might cancel his plan of investing here.

Pivotal Devaan location is at Sector 84, Gurugram. He said there are five to six bus stops nearby. However, the only train station around is Garhi Harsaru Junction and Millennium City Centre metro station Gurugram is 14 kms away.

Since he wanted to invest to move in this apartment with his parents, wife and kids, he wanted to ensure hospitals are nearby and the project offers ample convenience. Shri Balaji Hospital and Trauma Centre and Vardaan Healthcare were the nearest from the project. Delhi Public School and MatriKiran High School were a short distance away.

Three supermarkets were a short while away from the project. Sathwik liked the connectivity and the ease at which things were available. But there is some Pivotal Devaan news that he is still verifying. I would suggest you wait a while before investing your money here.
