Praneeth Pranav Townsquare address is beside Keshava Reddy School, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500090. In this review I’d like to mention a few project specifications;

• It is an HMDA-approved project

• The flats have solar panels and power backup in addition to being Vastu compliant. 

• Also, the flats don't share any walls either. 

• It conforms to the Green Building Norms

The Praneeth Pranav Townsquare price of apartments ranges from Rs. 76 Lakhs - Rs. 88 Lakhs. Overall, I liked the project and planning to invest here.

I have recently been to this site, to enquire about the Praneeth Pranav Townsquare construction status. However, I got to know that the Townsquare at Praneeth Pranav is ready for possession. In this project, they are currently providing 2.5 and 2-bedroom flats for sale. The sales team also informed us that if I want to buy a 3 BHK apartment in the Bachupally area, then I can check out their upcoming project, Praneeth Pranav Solitaire. I asked one of my friends, Satish, about the Praneeth Pranav Townsquare possession date. He informed me that the Occupancy date was 31 May 2022.
