Oberoi Enigmaproject, in Mulund West and I really liked it. I always wanted to buy a luxury apartment. Hence, during my search, I discovered this project which provides clients with,

Also, this is a ready-to-move-in project, whereas the Prestige Bellanza is an under construction project. I have not made my bookings yet. I am still waiting for some more information about these 2 projects.

I accompanied my sister to this project a few months back. The Prestige Bellanza address is off Agarwal Road, Swapna Nagari, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080.
