The location is in the quieter part of Whitefield. Right opposite Prestige Mayberry the most luxurious villa community in Whitefield. It is also very close to the upcoming metro line near Hopefarm junction. Good schools and all daily essentials are available within the vicinity of the property. Great property to invest in.
Prestige Elm Park possession date is August 2026. All in all, Prestige Elm Park is a great choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle.

Just as everyone said, the location of this project is very good. The Whitefield Railway Station is only 3.1km from the locality, offering excellent rail links to major parts of Bangalore. Kempegowda International Airport is about 36.3km from Whitefield and can be accessed via Whitefield Main Road.
But I have also heard about the graveyard and garbage smell situation here. That is why I also checked out other projects in this locality like the

Prestige Elm Park location is just a great location. This project is located in Whitefield, Bangalore. I would suggest you visit the property once before making any call on the property. I have read Prestige Elm Park reviews where people have been talking about cremation grounds and waste disposal areas. But I couldn’t find it during my visit. Also, I think the price of the flats considering the massive appreciation received for other prestige projects in Whitefield, very fair quote.
