First of all there are no such malls or well known schools nearby , no hospitals. All the major facilities required are not yet planned here , going further down the line may be after 5-6 years or even more few things might come. There are no rickshaws or cabs in that area yet all you can see is villages and big land given to IT companies which are not yet there , only that government has decided to keep that land for IT companies. Which may come there after 6-7 years or more . I am not sure on what basis you are telling that there are so many amenities in that area , may be you have confused it with some other property of prestige or what. In that corner of Bangalore where there is no development yet but there are chances may be after 7 years , prestige is charging more than 6000 per square feet . People think it’s a great deal as they are giving two Bhk flats for 60 lakhs ! But the area ?? 6000!!per square feet and more . Also they will be charging 3.5rs per square feet as maintenance also they will increase this for sure within two three years , with this rate itself you will be paying 3590 per month , 42000 per year and yet you won’t be able to give it for rent as people will not go there till It companies opt to shift there.

I can tell you about the Prestige Finsbury Park location as I live in a nearby project. It is located nearby major schools and colleges. There are some kids’ schools such as St. Francis School present in the vicinity. Some prominent hospitals like Manasa hospital are also nearby, so you don’t have to worry about medical emergencies. This project is next to aero metropolis within the IT and Hardware Park, which will be the future hub for the IT and aerospace sectors. I hope you liked my Prestige Finsbury Park reviews.
