I also learned about the various amenities of the project, such as a swimming pool, jogging track, indoor games, party area, tennis court, aerobics room, gym, etc. After learning about these, I wanted to make sure that the project had all the required approvals and searched for the Prestige Lake Ridge RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/140222/004707. Now, I am planning to visit the location of the project and invest in an apartment there.

A few weeks back, while searching for apartments, I came across a resale apartment in Prestige Lake Ridge. I visited the Prestige Lakeridge address, which is Subramanyapura Main Road, Veeranjaneya Layout, 2nd Stage, Jayanagar Housing Society Layout, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560061. It was a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1,571 sq. ft. The property was priced at Rs. 2.3 Crore. The seller told me that the project was completed back in 2022 and gave me a tour of the apartment. While visiting, I noticed the apartment was spacious, and it received a lot of natural air and light. I loved this aspect of the apartments and planned to purchase it.

Last week, I paid a visit to this project. In this Prestige Lake Ridge reviews, I would like to highlight that the project has delivered on its promises. This project is now resembling a high-end housing complex. Ample open space, excellent amenities, high-quality construction, and a well-known brand are all advantages. The drawbacks that I realised are as follows;
Foul odour from the nearby lake in the summer
All surrounding key roads leading to this project are congested, creating a bottleneck. However, in Bangalore, congested roads are the norm.
Residents should get together to persuade the state government and the Lake Development Authority to revitalise the nearby lake. This will be a gem after the lake is revitalised, coupled with the removal of encroachment (slums) and the Kavery link is established. We can only hope for the best!

The
Prestige Lakeridge
project is close to the Doddakallasandra metro station, and there are several schools and malls planned for Kanakapura Road. The neighbourhood is in the BDA area, with a wide road and plenty of space between it and the lake. In the following days, it should have a Kaveri connection. The only disadvantage is a slum on one side of the lake.
The project is on track, and the handover has begun. The amenities and construction are of a high standard. Overall, considering price appreciation, this is a good choice. I hope the prestige group constructs more similar structures in Bangalore. Best wishes to the Prestige group.

Although the site is ideal, one of the approach roads leading from the Subramanyapura police station is in poor condition. All of the apartments are pricey, and the lakefront flats offer a poor view (It oversees the slum).
The lakefront flats (Towers 5 and below) are also subjected to a bad odour, which is expected to worsen during the wet season. I recommend that folks who want to buy wait a time to see how this plays out.
Another piece of advice for Prestige salespeople is to keep their feet on the ground. They shouldn't assume they're doing the buyers a favour. I received a really arrogant attitude from them. The
