What are the Prestige North Point, Kammanahalli, Bangalore Reviews?

My uncle had some surplus funds with him and wanted to put the money into properties. He did not mind investing in any part of Bangalore. So he went on a property hunt and finally found Presitige North Point to be a good investment option. He learned from the sales team that the Prestige North Points RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190506/002549.

He also checked the project amenities which includes, a gym, clubhouse, a swimming pool, and so on. STP measures are in place and A power backup facility has been provided.

Prestige North Point possession date was September 2022. Since the flat was ready to move, he also expressed his interest in buying it immediately. 

I was looking to book a flat at HRBR Layout as it is near to my college that is Presidency University. So I started to look for properties there, while doing so I heard of this and checked a few online Prestige North Point reviews.

After looking at many of them carefully, I decided to check the project. I got to Prestige North Point location which was at Kammanahalli Main Rd, HRBR Layout 3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. I really liked the location, and the locational advantages includes,

• Kalyanagara Bus Stand and Kullapa Circle Bus Stop are only 1.5 and 1.8 km respectively. 

• Double Services Train Station is 1.9 km away. 

• Reliance Fresh is 1.4 km away. 

• Sobha Hypermart is 1.1 km away.

The overall connectivity in this place is superb. Essentials can be bought easily. I would buy a flat here and simplify my commute to college.

One of my cousins was looking for properties in North Bangalore when he found Prestige North Point, he wanted to have a look at the property.

He learnt that Prestige North Point configuration includes, a 2, 3, & 4 BHK. The building is 5 years old and it was launched on 15 February 2019. The total project area is 1.43 acres.

Overall, my cousin liked this project and booked a 3 BHK flat there.
