My brother and I checked the under-construction Prestige Siesta 3 BHK price as we have been interested in buying an apartment there. Starting off with the price for the 3 BHK, the price is Rs. 3.31 crores, while the 3 BHK XL is being sold for Rs. 4.10 crores. This is a bit over our budget, but the location is pretty advantageous as the Mulund train station is just 3 km away, while the Yogi Hill bus stop is not even 500 meters from the project. This area has shown quite a lot of growth, and it will give good returns in the future. Another project is the

, which is in the same area and can be a good option to buy. We haven’t finalized things yet, but it will surely be between these two.

We enquired about the Prestige Siesta 2 BHK price, as we have been in search of a flat in a well-developed area of Mumbai. Getting a good property here is one of the most difficult tasks. But, I have been quite happy with the offerings of this project. In Rs. 2.55 crore for a 2 BHK, the project offers a spa, skating rink, atm, swimming pool, sauna, badminton court, and the list goes on and on. I have booked a flat here already. I did my fair bit of research on Prestige Siesta during my house hunt a couple of months ago. Based on that, I would like to present a Prestige siesta Mulund West reviews. The Prestige Group is building this luxurious project over a huge 34a acres of land. Despite that, there are only 200 units in a single building. I believe that they have focused on providing quality in this housing society. The Prestige Siesta Mulund West price starts at Rs. 2.55 crores and goes up to Rs. 4.6 crores. With the Prestige Siesta address being on the DP Road in Mulund West, I would say this is a good deal to have.
