What are the reviews of Prestige Song of the South, Begur Road, South Bangalore?

The Song of the South is an excellent project developed by the Prestige group.  It has 10+ tall towers in a circular layout spread across 33 acres.

I was thinking to invest in this project as the area is developing rapidly as multiple projects coming up in & around the location. Also, the brand name of Prestige is a huge boost & the Project is equally good for self-use/ Investment.

Hence, I believe investing here will generate a  good Prestige Song of the South resale value.

Also, I really liked the construction quality;

• Security Cabins at all Entrances and Exits with Peripheral CCTV Coverage

• 100% Power Back-up for all Apartments at additional cost
