What are the reviews of Prestige West Woods, Binnipete, Bangalore?

Hi Rahul. The Prestige West Woods address is in Binnipete, which I think is a really good residential area to live in. I say so because of the several commute options close by. You have Sujatha Talkies bus stop just a km away and the KSR Metro Station is also just over a km from here. KSR Railway Station also falls around 2.5 km from the project, which makes travelling to other cities pretty easy and you won’t get stuck in traffic while going to the railway station.

Prestige is one of the biggest real estate names and we were happy after visiting the site to check out the project. It is a lavish project with 2, 3,4 and 5 BHK homes with a total of 567 units. The project is being built over a big 7.15 acres of land.



The 2 BHK has a pretty big area of 1263 sq. ft., which had us further interested. I would recommend you check out the project on-site once to get a good idea.

We were in search of a premium flat in Bengaluru and a friend of ours suggested we visit the Prestige West Woods. I would say this is something we were looking for. The homes are big, material quality and the architecture is also of good quality with modern interiors. There is textured paint for exterior walls and emulsion for interior walls. In terms of Prestige West Woods price, it starts at Rs. 3.7 crores. Overall, the features and flats have a lot to offer. If you want something lavish, this might be the right pick.

I have visited Prestige West Woods with my family and here are some features I really liked about the property.

1. Masterfully designed and built luxury residences.

2. Located in the heart of the city with easy access to all of the amenities

3. Situated on the premises of the historic Minerva Mills property 

4. Situated close to well-known establishments, institutions, and other hubs.

Prestige West Woods is also as close as 1.9 km from Chord road. I came across a Prestige West Woods review which also said that the Mysore Road N R Road is just 3.8 kms away and the Magadi Road is just 1.4 Kms from Prestige West Woods.

In Binnipete, Central Bangalore, Prestige West Woods is a high-end development that is easily accessible by main roads including Magadi Road, Chord Road, Mysore Road, and N R Road. The location is the key factor for my investment in Prestige West Woods. I visited the property and saw that Prestige West Woods has a badminton court, tennis court, squash court, basketball court, volleyball court, and table tennis and billiards board too. I even read a Prestige West Woods review stating that the yoga and meditation areas of this project are just as serene as they are in big ashrams. I am very happy with my investment in Prestige West Woods.

One of the biggest reasons why I invested in Prestige West Woods was that it was developed by Prestige group which is a renowned developer in Bangalore. But the other aspect I did not like about the project was the pricing of the apartments. The apartment units come in a variety of configurations, including 2 BHK flats ranging from ₹ 1.45 crore to ₹ 1.57 crore with property sizes ranging from 1253 sq. ft. to 1357 sq. ft, 3 BHK flats ranging from ₹ 1.87 crores to ₹ 2.06 crore with property sizes ranging from 1615 sq. ft to 1776 sq. ft., 4 BHK flats ranging from ₹2.97 crores to ₹4.17 crore with property size ranging from 2570 sq. ft. to 3603 sq. ft., and 5 BHK flats for ₹ 4.61 crores with a property size of 3981 sq. ft.
