I was checking out some property in the Rajakilpakkam area and that’s how I came across the Pride Homes project. I like the location of the project and it also provides decent amenities to its residents. But I could not find any website where the project was promoted. Plus, the project is not RERA approved. After checking this out, I don't want to invest here. Now, it's up to you to buy this project. I would never invest in an unregistered project as it's very risky. This was the Pride Homes review.
