There are ‌ 1600 flats in 12 buildings. When it comes to the Pride Wellington unit configuration, you’ll find 2 and 3 BHK homes.

Here, the house interiors are being developed with all the modern facilities and the area is also pretty good. The Pride Wellington unit size of the 2 BHK has a carpet area of 780 sq. ft. The flats are also Vastu compliant, which is something we’ve been looking for in the house we buy. We were happy with almost everything and wanted to know the handover date. So, we asked for the Pride Wellington possession date. Fortunately, it fits our schedule as the possession will be given by December 2027. It’s a pretty nice project and you can consider it for sure.

Hello there. We bought a 2 BHK apartment here earlier this year. A relative of ours suggested we check out the project, so we went on site and were attracted by a lot of features. The Pride Wellington price starts at Rs. 76 lakhs, which we feel is good, considering all the offerings. The 3 BHK does cost more, so you’ll have to check for that. 

Some of the significant features ‌include the spa, jogging track, ATM, swimming pool, spa, skating rink and the housekeeping. This project is also approved by RERA, with the Pride Wellington RERA number being P52100052379. I’d rate the project 8 on 10 and you should visit it once.

• The project's proximity to Sai Hospital and Siddharth Nursing Home is five to ten minutes.

• There are plenty of shopping options nearby, including big malls like Goodwill Square, Atlantis City, Sai Men's Boutique, Mhaske SuperMarket, and Flip Deals, all of which can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes.

The Pride Wellington RERA number I received is P52100052379. I think making an investment here could result in a good rental return.

I have shared reviews of Pride Wellington here. I genuinely do not like this project; I'm telling you this straight. As it is close to old Mumbai-Pune highway, it will be a nightmare due to the dust and noise from construction. In addition, the carpet area is very small as per the pricing the sales team stated. I therefore made the decision to go to other projects, such as Shaama Estate or Pride World City. I found their reviews quite positive online. 

This project is really amazing with a beautiful hill view and peace and around 12 kilometres from the city. Additionally, Ajinkya DY Patil College and University are close by. But you must check out the condition of the homes the developer has delivered in other projects in Pride World City if you intend to purchase a home in this township. I have heard that leakage happens and domestic utilities are in poor condition. You will have to deal with several basic concerns, including hard water, electricity, mobile network, and gas service. So it’s for you to search for more Pride Wellington reviews and take a decision accordingly.

The experience of living in Pride World City is quite terrible. Everything appears perfect outside, but inside, there are several fundamental problems. Let me highlight more with my Pride Wellington review. You'll have problems with water, power, and other things every day. The name is so well-known, but there are barely any cabs or cars available. Every time I am in a hurry, I have to worry about whether I will be able to find a ride or not. Because no cabs or cars want to come to or go from Pride World City (PWC).
