What are the reviews of Provident Park Square, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore?

Recently, I received a call from Provident Park Square. They told me that they were offering luxurious apartments at affordable costs. They even asked me to visit and check the apartments. I decided to go there, but before that decided to check a few Provident Park Square review. 

After visiting the property I asked about the Provident Park Square Unit configuration. He told me that they have a wide range of units starting from 1 BHK to 3 BHK. After touring the property, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit with them. If you want to know about the Provident Park Square Unit size, then here are those

I came across a few Provident Park Square reviews while searching for a 2.5 BHK. I got their contact from their website and called them to learn about the visiting timings. They provided me with the timings and also shared the Provident Park Square location. 

After arriving at Provident Park Square Kanakapura road, I asked the executive about the amenities available there. He told me that they have amenities such as a skating rink, basketball court, library, etc. He also told me that the possession date is in September 2025, and they are RERA-approved. After learning about that, I booked a 2.5 BHK with them. 

The Provident Park Square address was one of the highlights for us when we visited the project in October. Located in Judicial Layout, Kanakapura Road, the Thalaghattapura station is just 5 minutes away, and the Silk Institute station is just 10 minutes away from the project. Also, I believe that a good hospital should be near your house for any emergencies, and this is what we get here. The Mathru Multi Speciality Hospital and the Shankar Hospital are within 5 kilometres, which is a decent distance. Offering 1, 1.5 and 3 BHK flats, the starting price is Rs. 56.3 lakhs, which works out for us. The Provident Park Square possession date was September 2023, so it is ready to move in, which is what we have been looking for. So, overall, I would say this is a good all-round project if you’re looking to move in right away.

I read all the reviews for this project here and would agree with people on the point that the Park Square location is quite advantageous. The Forum Value Mall is at a decent distance of roughly 5.5 km, and the Arena Mall is within the range of around 4 km, as well. The Marikamba Temple and the Shree Vajramunishwara Temple can be reached within 15 minutes of driving time. The Provident Park Square 2BHK price starts at Rs. 58 lakhs, which is a bit high for the carpet area, but the amenities make up for it. They have a skating rink, tennis court, spa, gym, swimming pool, library, and many more luxurious features. You should surely visit this once as this can be a good option for a house in Bangalore. Provident Park Square is located in South Bangalore which is at a prime location, adjacent to much of the city's centre (J P Nagar, Jayanagar, Banergatta, Arikeri, HSR, and Electronic City), and is also accessible by foot from metro stations that are already operational. This is I think is the USP of this project. Provident Park Square construction status is ready-to-move-in and the Provident Park Square completion date is October 2022. 

But I would also say that the prices are EXPENSIVE relative to SQUARE FEET offered for 2 and 3 bedrooms. However from an NRI perspective, I had a really nice experience buying a flat with Provident. Representatives from Provident were always accessible to answer any questions you may have and would do so promptly.

It is a good buy for me.

Provident Park Square Kanakapura Road is the worst place to live. I am sharing my personal experience through this Provident Park Square review. There was a delayed handover and they made empty promises to me. Even after flat handover, they provided no BESCOM metre, no khata, and there was ongoing construction work all day, every day, even on Sundays.

I have also seen that there is no stable power backup and power keeps tripping and no parking allotment even after 5 months, and it's dangerous to park in the basement. Also, the CRM team provided the poorest customer service to me. They don't even consider suggestions for minor adjustments. They'll compel you to hire their own firm to do the interior.

I would not suggest anyone to invest here.

Before I went to visit this project, I had read some Provident Park Square Kanakapura Road reviews that it is a highly rated project that is a good deal and close to a metro stop. After my visit, I became sure of this. I would like to extend a special thanks to the sales manager for assisting me in selecting the ideal flat for my needs and the sales representative for patiently answering all of my questions and thoroughly explaining the project.

Provident Park Square's possession date is October 2022 onwards. Also, I loved the Provident Park Square price for the area that they are providing. I will share the carpet area and price of the flats that are offered by Provident Park Square in a table.
