Hey,

I have visited this project to buy an apartment. However, after proper scrutiny from my end, I discovered several locational disadvantages of this project which I conder worth mentioning in this Puraniks Abitante review;

  • Residents depend on costly private water tanks because the area's water supply is inconsistent.

  • Bavdhan's ineffective garbage collection has resulted in street dumping

  • Daily commuters are inconvenienced by potholes on Paud Road and the Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass between Chandni Chowk and Warje.

  • Traffic congestion towards Bavdhan is caused by ongoing development at Chandni Chowk.

  • The residents of Bavdhan are irritated with the improper hygiene of the service lanes.

I hope this review would help the potential buyers to make a decision about investing in this Puraniks Abitante project.

I visited this project and I would like to provide an honest Puraniks Abitante review. It is located in the magnificent area of Bavdhan. Puraniks Abitante is an excellent and ideal home for families and bachelors alike because it offers flats in 1 RK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4+ BHK designs. The flats here offer roomy interiors with adequate ventilation that lets in light and fresh air. 

The balcony/window offers beautiful scenery and sunlight, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. The cost of an apartment might be anywhere between 30 and 87.41 lakhs. The costs are very reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the surroundings, services, and facilities offered.

In this Puraniks Abitante review, I'd want to point out how pitiful the builder's customer service is. I own an apartment in this project. At the time of sale, the builder made a tonne of promises, including having a water storage facility. None of it was accomplished when we got possession. As a result, the cost of maintenance now includes the water bill from outside tankers. Additionally, they don't charge by the square foot and charge the same Rs.12,000 for maintenance from people having one bedroom as well as three.

Because the walls between each apartment are so thin if your bedroom shares a wall with another apartment, noise from the bedroom next door will keep you awake.

Also, I don't anticipate any kind of development in this Puraniks Abitante area anytime soon. I  feel trapped. Don't make the error of paying this builder your hard-earned money.
