What are the Reviews of Purva Pavilion Hebbal Bangalore?

My friend wanted to invest in an apartment in the Kempapura area of Bangalore since his office is there. When he heard of Purva Pavilion, he enquired about the project’s configurations.

This is what he found:

The total project area is 8 acres. The Purva Pavilion unit configuration includes 2 and 3 BHK. 

My Cousin was interested in buying a property in Hebbal as he was shifting houses. So when he came across Purva Pavilion he wanted to take advantage of the opportunity of immediate possession.

He checked out the project and here are the details that he found:

Purva Pavilion RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/071007/000020. The houses are fully Vaastu compliant and the project is free from legal bottlenecks.

He also learned about the project amenities:

• There is an in-house shopping centre at Purva Pavilion.

• The project has a separate children’s play area.

• There is a well-equipped gym along with a jogging track for the residents.

• Internet services are available at Purva Pavilion.

He was amazed by the amenities and is willing to book a flat here. 

While researching properties in Hebbal, Bangalore, I came across a Purva Pavilion review. After going through it, I felt that it would be worthwhile to have a look at the project.

The overall connectivity is solid and I am very happy about it. Hebbal is one of the busiest areas in Bangalore which will lead to land appreciation in the future. So I am planning to book an apartment for this project.
