What are the reviews of Purva Promenade, Hennur Road, Bangalore?

I think the size and price of the Purva Promenade are appropriate.The property is constructed by Puravankara. The project has 2 BHK and 3 BHK units that are priced between ₹ 89.0 Lac - ₹ 1.30 Cr. I even asked others about the Purva Promenade review. Most people agree that the flat is conveniently located near

Hebbal, MG road, Indira Nagar and Cantonment

. The international airport(

Kempegowda International Airport) is at a distance of 29 km.

Purva Promenade phase 1 is ready to move right now, the construction ended in June 2022. If you visit the project site, you can see the flats. Phase 2 of the project is under construction. I went and saw that the gas pipeline was missing. Officials from Purva have assured it will come till May 2023. The residents will have to apply for the same online. The project has taken all legal approvals from the Bangalore urban planning authorities/Bangalore Development Authority. End of my Purva Promenade review. 

Purva Promenade has all the amenities you can wish for. The area is good as well. It is in the middle of a fast-developing part of town. I think the project is beautiful because of its pristine green environment and beach theme. There are fun activities (snorkelling, wave pool, beach sports section)for kids. I read in my many Purva Promenade reviews that despite Purva being a new launch,90% of the flats are booked. The project is currently under construction. There are many hospitals(

Chirayu Hospital, Purple Patch Hospital, Cloudnine, and Columbia Asia Hospital), educational institutes(Royal Academy Public School, Inspire Public School, Bengaluru International School, and VIBGYOR

), markets, prominent shopping malls, and movie theatres near Hennur Road.

Let me give you an honest Purva Promenades Review. I think Hennur is very good. It has excellent connectivity to major roads and highways. With the peak of Bangalore traffic, it becomes difficult to get in and out of the area. The project offers spacious 2,3 BHK Apartments. The water features seem to be the main attraction. Families with little ones will be happy in the property. There will be plenty of enrichment for the kids. The project has an equipped clubhouse, landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, recreation rooms, outdoor sports courts, a children’s play area, and a party hall.
