What are the reviews of Purva Silversands, Mundhwa, Pune ?

I wasn't aware of this project before, but I had an incredible experience last week when I went to the Purva Silversands location with my sister. I thought the floor plan was well-planned. The size of the flat carpet is good. They haven’t wasted even a little space. There are few apartments per floor, so every unit has three side views.

They plan to build it on the beach-based theme, which I have never heard of or seen. The project offers eye-catching amenities like a cricket pitch, golf putting range, and ample space. The current Purva Silversands possession date is June 2025. If possession is granted on schedule, this project will undoubtedly be Pune's most sought-after and best project. I will rate 4 out of 5 in my Puravankara Silversands review. 

I had a great experience with the sales team and Purva Silversands management. They clearly told me about the amazing amenities being offered to the residents. They told me that Purva Silversands is Pune's only Beach-themed project’. The project will have 370 metres of river-side frontage including amenities such as infinity pool, snorkelling pool, sunken bar, fish feeding deck & Koi pond, wave pool, paddle pool.  There will also be fitness luxuries such as beach volleyball court, multi-play court, jogging track & skating rink, cricket pitch, golf putting green, kids play area, BBQ deck, yoga deck & meditation pavilion, senior citizen’s Court, paw park. is located  in the heart of the city. A friend of mine is considering booking a flat there. Given that schools and hospitals such as New English School, 

Victorious Kids Educares,Podar International School,The Bishop School,Jehangir Hospital, Ruby Hall Clinic are within 5 km radius. Cabs, metro & bus stop right in front of the entrance gate. Pune Railway Station is  7 kms away whereas Pune International Airport is 15 kms away.There is a sleuth of commercial development 2-5 km away from the project. The major ones are  Magarpatta IT Park,Eon IT Park & Zensar,Raheja Commerce Zone,World Trade Center,Amanora Mall & Seasons Mall, Phoenix Market City. The possession for Purva Silversands was dated as december 2022. Most of the flats have been handed over to the buyers. Few units have been delayed. There are a total of 1473 units with G+24 Floors. All the towers in the 19 -acre society have a spacious floor plan where the carpet area of 2BHK is 469 sq ft and 580 sqft. The carpet area of 3BHK is 915 sq ft. Both 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats are Vastu compliant.
