What are the Purva Skywood Haralur Bangalore Reviews?

We live in a 2 BHK flat in Purva Skywood and it's been 5 years since we purchased the flat in a resale buy. One of the major things that attracted us was the Purva Skywood unit size. The 2 BHK has a huge area of 1330 sq. ft. and the construction quality also shows for itself.

Even the interior is something we are quite pleased with even after living here for many years. There is a polished granite countertop for the kitchen, wooden door frames with shutters for all the important doors, glazed French windows with sliding shutters and mosquito mesh in balconies of living and dining. We rate this society highly and if you get a flat available here, do consider it once.

I first inquired about the Purva Skywood Unit Configuration when I heard flats were available here. I found out that 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats were up for sale and being interested in the 3 BHK, I visited the project. 

The total project area is 13 acres with 728 flats comprising 2, 3 and 4 BHK. It is a big and well-maintained society with a lot of amenities. Some of the ones I really liked include sports courts, an indoor gaming zone, a fully functioning gym along with an aerobics room and an Amphitheater.

I also checked the Purva Sywood RERA Number as a due diligence step. The RERA ID is P52100007566. Moreover, the flats are completely Vastu compliant. All of this made me feel it would be the ideal flat to buy, so I made the deal with the previous owner. 

Hi there, I saw you asking for a Purva Skywood review. My daughter and I went to see the flats here last month and I can share my views on this project. This property has resale flats available and the Purva Skywood’s location is at Survey No. 92, Off Village, Kudlu, Lakedew Residency- Phase 2 in Haralur. 

The area is close to Sarjapur Road and Bellandur, so we were satisfied when it came to the locality. In terms of commute options, the Haraluru Bus Stop towards Kudlu is just 1 km away. The Dr Levine Memorial Hospital is 4 km away while Springleaf Hospital is also 5-6 km away.  

Although we are yet to make up our minds, this property does seem good for making a deal. You should check it out once in my opinion.
