I discovered Purva Tivoli Hills while searching for plots. The theme of the project is Italian Renaissance and all the design elements are planned around it.

Out of its 50+ amenities, I liked the presence of a mini golf club, archery arena, and pet park. 

However, my only concern is the presence of a railway track next to the project. As I think one might get disturbed by the frequent train honks.
