I first inquired about this property in April after finding out that Purva Venezia Unit Configuration has 2 and 3 BHK flats. I had my interest in the 3 BHK property and one flat owner was ready to sell the one on the 3rd floor.
I liked the spaciousness as the Purva Venezia unit size for the 3 BHK was 1000 sq. ft, a decent space.
The amenities here are also attractive, with multiple courts, a kid's play area, an amphitheatre, a clubhouse and a swimming pool.
I have made the deal for the property and will move in with my family soon. I suggest you give the property a visit to see if you like it as well.
I visited this project with my brother a while ago. A reason for the visit was the Purva Venezia location, which was near Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan Rd in Yelahanka New Town. The region is close to our business office and will save us a lot of time and money. In terms of connectivity, commute options like the 5Phase Yelahanka New Town and Vidyaranyapura bus stops are nearby with continuous buses coming by.
The Navachethana Hospital isn’t that far, along with other markets to buy essentials. We are yet to decide, but I have a positive outlook on this project.

I found the 3 BHK pretty good in comparison to the other societies I visited before. The property is built on a huge 21 acres of land and is available at a starting price of Rs. 98 lakhs. Everything in terms of location, amenities, etc is great but my budget is the only thing which is stopping me from buying the property. However, if I don’t find anything better, I might go for this property.
