What are the Radiance Shine, Kazhipattur, Chennai Reviews?

My father visited this project a couple of months back and simply loved it. It provides an ample number of amenities like a well-equipped gym, jogging track, indoor games zone, amphitheatre, clubhouse and more.  He even liked the fact that:

• As for the Radiance Shine Unit Configuration, be aware that it has 1, 2 and 3 BHK properties so you will get several options to choose from.

My aunt, living in the Kazhipattur area wanted to buy a house in the same area for a long time. After hearing a positive Radiance Shine Review from her friend, she decided to check it out. During her visit, she found that the: Kazhipattur Bus Stop is 3.5 km away. S.I.P.C.O.T. (Muttukadu) is 3 km away. Madhura Hospital and Chettinad Health City are within a 5.3 km radius. Alpha to Omega Learning Centre, Senior School and Hindustan International School are 6 and 9 minutes away respectively.

She loved the location and is planning to book a property here by this year’s end so you can also consider investing here.

My uncle visited this project two months back and found that there were only 3 BHK flats available and their price range was between Rs 63.6 lakh and Rs 74 Lakh. He seemed very impressed so enquired more about the project from the sales team. He learned that this project has 5 towers in total consisting of 336 ready-to-move-in units and is built by Radiance Realty, a famous real estate developer in India.
