What are the Reviews of Raheja Vivarea, Koramangala, Bangalore?

A few months back, my father visited this project and gave me his Raheja Vivarea review. He stated that well-designed and spacious 3, 4, and 5 bedroom apartments are available for purchase at Raheja Vivarea Bangalore. With a separate entrance for staff and a designated servant's room, they provide complete privacy for residents.

The Raheja Vivarea price for 3 BHK starts at Rs 3.58 crores. Apart from this, he mentioned that:

• The Raheja Vivarea location is beneficial because it's close to a number of tech parks (IBC Knowledge Park), hospitals (St. John's Hospital, Apollo Hospital), schools (IIM, St. Francis School), and more.

• This project is RERA approved and the Raheja Vivarea RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171125/000528,PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/041123/006369.

• In addition, each flat has an intercom system and video door phones.

• Around 40 lifestyle amenities are also available and spread throughout the magnificent clubhouse, lobby, and central courtyard.

Let me share my Raheja Vivarea review with you. I have read the construction report and visited the property last month. Not a single tower was constructed within the allotted time frame. This is the primary factor that I lost interest in this project as I don’t want to waste my hard-earned money. I know nothing is being done about it.

The Raheja Vivarea possession date is set for June 2026, but I have no doubt that they will not be able to finish their project in time. The Raheja Vivarea 4 BHK is also extremely expensive. So, I went to Advaitha Aksha in the same locality and discovered that, as compared to Raheja Vivarea, their 4 BHK prices are fairly reasonable and they offer ready-to-move-in apartments. Hence, I have decided to buy a flat in Advaitha Aksha.

Raheja Vivarea premium apartments, with breathtaking views of Koramangala, Bangalore, are now under construction. I just went to the location. Let me inform you, everything in this place is elegant and of the highest class. This project is scattered throughout 7 acres and expertly designed 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 4+ BHK residences. All of the main routes, including BTM, Silk Board, Domlur, Sarjapur Road, and others, are easily accessible. More than ten superb amenities, including a power backup system, a badminton court, a tennis court, a basketball court, and more, are provided under this project. The starting price for a three-bedroom home is Rs. 3.52 crores, which is rather reasonable, in my opinion. The Raheja Vivarea completion date is set for December 2026. I finally booked a 3BHK flat here.

Buying apartments in this Raheja Vivarea project has been a great experience. The exact Raheja Vivarea address is 3rd Block, Koramangala 1A Block, near Sarjapur Rd, adjacent to St. Francis School. The podium of amenities here is excellent and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. For those looking for an apartment that is readily accessible, this complex is perfect. This is due to its fantastic location. 

• Vivarea Koramangala is close to several famous landmarks, including Bellandur Metro Station, RMZ Ecospace & EcoWorld Prestige Tech Park, Embassy Business Park, and Outer Ring Road (ORR).

• This project is close to numerous excellent schools and learning institutions.

• This project is also near the Jayadeva Institute and Manipal Hospital.

• The bus terminal at Mangammanapalya is only 1.5 km from the project.

I request you read these Raheja Vivarea reviews before buying a home in this community. The flat in this project that my friend purchased last month was intended to be completed by the end of 2025. However, he just told me that Raheja Vivarea possession date has now shifted to December 2026.
