As a home buyer, I was relieved to find Rama Livmo has no legal issues. Rama Group has registered the flat under RERA i.e. P52100025084. The project is spread over a total area of 4.18 acres of land. The society will have 7 towers with 714 units ranging from 1 BHK to 3 BHK apartments. The starting price for 1 RK is Rs. 36.50 lakh.Currently, the complex is under construction. The possession date has been moved from December 2022 to June 2023. I hope the possession is not delayed further.

The sales team told me “ there's something for everyone here,whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just someone who enjoys lounging”.
