What are the reviews of Rasun Ace Elysian Kondapur Hyderabad?

My Nephew had heard about Rasun Ace Elysian from his colleagues. He wanted to invest in the property. He went to the project and saw Rasun Ace Elysian unit configurations. He was told 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats were up for sale.

The 3BHK flat carpet area was between 1825 sq ft to 2275 sq ft. Meanwhile, the 4BHK flat had a carpet area of 3650 sq ft. The price band for the flats was between Rs 1.55 crore to Rs 1.88 crore. 

The property prices have gone up here and it seems that flats were slightly over his budget. 

My cousin from Salem wanted to buy a property in Hyderabad, He had shortlisted properties. The first on his list was Rasun Ace Elysian. He mentioned that Rasun Ace Elysian Possession Date was in June 2022, not sure if possession has been handed over or not. 

The apartment he mentioned was Vastu compliant. I asked about the facilities to which he said that internet Services were provided at the project. A spa was on the premises as well. My cousin loved Indoor games and was happy with the Indoor games area. He liked the amenities and felt an investment here would be worth it.

A friend came with me to look at properties in Hyderabad. We searched for a few days without any success. Then he suggested we check out Rasun Ace Elysian reviews. His brother in law has recently bought a flat there. 

Rasun Ace Elysian is located in Gachibowli at Miyapur Road in Hyderabad. I observed that the connectivity is pretty good as there are a couple of bus stations at walking distance. Hitech City was the closest Metro Station. For medical needs, there are Meds Hospital and Image Hospital within a 6-kilometre distance. When we talked to the residents there, we learned that they majorly rely on Four Supermarkets situated just 1.5 km away. 

The area was excellent but I decided to take some more time before making a final decision to invest.
