I invested in Regency Orion a few months ago, so sharing my Regency Orion review here. It is located in Baner, one of Pune's popular neighborhoods. This project offers special structural features like earthquake-resistant construction. Here are a few other factors that make it an easy decision for me:

In close proximity to Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park and Pashan Lake public parks.
According to me, it is one of the best societies in this area.

My father and mother visited the Regency Orion location last year in January. My mother loved this project and shared her review with me. She said this is a nice society with an amazing location. There were multiple hospitals, schools, colleges, parks, malls and so on. My father said that their builder staff was very attentive. At that time, he added that society was not yet completely ready. But, overall they liked the project.

I have been staying in Regency Orion since December 2023. I found it a good location where you can get a nice living environment for your family and children. I am enjoying a windy balcony that is close to a highway and the Balewadi High Street. I found the Regency Orion unit size good. Its opulent amenities take life to entirely new levels. Premium fixtures and fittings that radiate sophistication and elegance are a highlight of the well-designed interiors in Regency Orion. Overall I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Regency Orion review.
