What are the reviews of Rejoice At TVS Emerald Aaranya, Vengavasal, Chennai?

I would advise you to choose Rejoice At TVS Emerald Aaranya if you're looking to buy a good villa in Chennai. Personally, I adored this project. I love that this is one of the first resort-style residences ever built in Chennai featuring modern architecture and more than 50 facilities. If you don’t believe me, then please visit the property and see for yourself the spacious houses and facilities that have been thoughtfully built here. 

Also, the area of the 3 BHk is also really suitable for a family. When I went to see the flats they showed me two varieties of 3 BHK flats. One had a carpet area of 1215 sq. ft. and the other one had a carpet area of 1575 sq. ft. After discussing with my family, I will be booking one of these two configurations.

. When I went to check out the project, I noticed that the apartments are constructed below road level which is noticeable. If you are planning to buy a flat here then please visit the construction site and visit the model house before you make a decision. I am not very sure how this project will withstand heavy rains.

During my visit, I also noticed that the representatives were not ready to share any details. If you say that you expect the home within 12 months, like me, then they say we won't share many details because the property will be handed over after more than 18 months. It was through my research that I came to know that the possession of the project starts in September 2027.

With every launch, the TVS Emerald group never fails to surprise us. I'm looking forward to living in a resort-style apartment in Rejoice At TVS Emerald Aaranya. This project is located at Medavakkam which has excellent connectivity. I have been living in Chennai for the past 12 years so I know how good the location of this property is. I should also tell you in my Rejoice At TVS Emerald Aaranya review that this site has plenty of groundwater, well-connected to important employment hubs, transportation hubs, social connections, and impending infrastructure expansions.

Although, I feel that the price of the units is on a little higher edge. The units range between ₹ 1.4 crores to 2.5 crores which I feel is out of my budget. But if the price is not a constraint for you, you can surely go for it.
