What are the reviews of Revolution One, Padur, Chennai?

My family and I visited the project last month, and out of everything, what I liked the most about the project is the location. Revolution One address is in OMR Main Road, Padur, and it’s close to several important destinations of the city. Spread across 12.9 acres, this project offers a huge space with more than 30 modern amenities. The Revolution One configuration is 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, with an area ranging from 663 sq ft to 918 sq ft. Let me also share with you a few more benefits of this project’s location.

• Navallur is just 5 minutes away

• Kelambakkam bus stop is around 3 minutes away

• Marina Grand Mall is also merely 5 minutes away

• AGS Cinema is also around 6 minutes from here

Besides, the project is also verified by RERA and the Revolution One RERA number is TN/01/Building/015/2019.

My wife and I recently invested in this project, and so sharing my Revolution One reviews. First of all, Urbanrise is considered as South India’s largest real estate developer, with around Rs. 51,000 Crores of real estate portfolio. They have developed tons of modern and luxurious apartments with advanced features and top-notch amenities. They have also won a wide range of awards, including Asia’s best and fastest growing real estate brand. Some of the Revolution One amenities include a well-equipped gym, indoor games, clubhouse, and so on. They also have a 3.5 acres park which is filled with flowers and fruit-bearing trees. The whole surrounding is filled with greenery, which gives a serene and comfortable sight. The Revolution One price starts from Rs. 57 lakhs, and it’s a good investment in Chennai. 

Urbanrise OMR Chennai might be getting many positive reviews but let me highlight some negative points about the project as well. 

• You will face a lot of traffic mainly in the peak hours while travelling to the central part of Chennai.

• All the amenities have not yet been provided. Some are still under construction

• They will convince you to book an apartment here and assure refund if cancelled but no. They don’t reply back and my sister has still not got the refund

Revolution One review and quite loved the project so checked it out a few months back. Revolution One are amid nature so you will be surrounded by lush greenery all around. The best part I loved about it is that it is not congested. About 70% of the property is allocated to parks and open spaces.

is nothing but another name of Alliance Group only. Yes, it is true. Alliance Group already has so many negative reviews and now they have planned to launch projects under its new name Urbanrise. Now let me share what problems you are sure to face here since I myself had been a victim of it

• They use cheap quality materials. They might mention that they are using branded materials but no. Only 10-20% of the construction is done using high-quality materials but mostly they just use local materials.

• They will be good until you book an apartment. They will state that they have a refund policy but I never got my money back. When I booked my apartment and cancelled it later, they asked me to wait for 3 months. It has been 5 months now and they are still bluffing around.

• They tell all the customers that you will get their apartments within a month or two but two of my friends have not yet got their apartments. They are not cancelling it since they fear that they won’t get the refund.

We found the property very suitable to our needs since it was an affordable luxury property, with New York-style Manhattan condos and also was in very close proximity to Polaris Hub. I also came across some Revolution One review saying that the prices of the flats are quite reasonable and there are many schools and hospitals in the area. The only drawback I discovered was traffic at peak hours when travelling to Central Chennai and other parts of the city. Other than that I think Revolution One is a good investment.
