What are the Reviews of ROF Ananda, Sector-95, Gurgaon?

A few months back, when I was looking for some property to invest in, my friend shared a good ROF Ananda reviews because his brother-in-law lives there. So we went to check out the property together. I got to know about all the amenities that are offered in this place. There is a safe space for kids to play and a jogging track. There is a gym for people who are into fitness and a badminton court for sports lovers. They have maintenance staff as well. There is 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a reliable power backup for people who work from home. There is a community hall for small gatherings and there is even a skating rink which isn’t very common. It is also close to a lot of important landmarks and the Rof Ananda possession date was in September 2020. I also found the Rof Ananda price to be quite affordable, starting at Rs. 36.6 Lakh. I would like to invest here some time soon.

When I visited this property a few weeks ago after looking it up for a while, I was immediately impressed by the locality and the amenities of the property. There is 2BHK unit configuration available and the project is spread over 5 acres of land area. This is a gated community which is approved by RERA, and the Rof Ananda RERA Number is

HRERA 660/2017/307. I also got to know about the builder of the project, ROF Group. ROF is renowned for their creativity, and dedication to high-caliber real estate projects. They have a strong vision to provide affordable and sustainable living places. In every project, they put transparency, excellence, and client happiness first. They constantly aim for the greatest standards in their work     because they think it's important to act morally and provide their customers with the best results. I would like to invest in this property going further.

Hi! I am writing this Rof Ananda review after I got to visit this property recently. I got to know about the reputable builder and that this property is RERA approved. They also have adequate safety protocols. Also, the location of the property is very convenient as it is close to a lot of essentially needed places like schools and hospitals. The nearest train station is Garhi Harsaru junction. Pranavnanda International School and Royal Public Senior Secondary school are quite nearby. If we need healthcare, there is Ayushman Hospital and Vardan Healthcare. For fun activities, INOX and Cineport Cinemas are quite close by. For shopping, TRENDS, and BK Market are also close, along with sector 95 supermarket for everyday needs. I am looking to invest in this property very soon now.
