So we were looking for a property in Malad West and Royal Lagoon is a great one. Everyone is talking about this under-construction project. It is a luxurious project with all types of amenities including a swimming pool, indoor games room, meditation area, kids splash pool, activity deck, landscape garden, etc. The project is centrally located in West Malad so that you can commute to any part of Mumbai without any hassle. This was my take on the Royal Lagoon review. I hope you like it.

Let me share a Royal Lagoon review. This project is RERA approved and has also obtained both occupancy and commencement certificate. But when I contacted the builders they were very rude to me. They did not share much information about this project and I felt humiliated. So, maybe this isn't the best to invest in. You can look for some other projects. The possession date is also very far which is a con for me.

Let me speak of the Royal Lagoon review. I believe for a healthy mind and body you should stay in a calm and serene environment and Royal Lagoon promises that. This is a value-for-money project. It is located near the western coast which is a lovely scenario. Metro stations and schools are also located within walking distance. The connectivity is great. The flats are spacious and well-ventilated. So, definitely a project worth checking out.
